At Winkel van Sinkel: a limited edition Heineken H41 – brewed with the “mother yeast” of Heineken’s A-yeast. This yeast (dubbed “H”) was discovered in Patagonia and Heineken worked on brewing a beer using this yeast strain – it has more flavour, is slightly spicy and tastes like traditional Belgian beers – intriguing.
